Shipping & Delivery

1. When will I receive my order?

From the time you place your order to the day you receive your item/s, you're looking at about 2-4 days for production, and around 10-15 business days for shipping.

Currently it takes 20 - 30 days to make Custom Made Cheongsam dresses from the day you place an order. You may check the specific production/tailoring times on the product’s page. The shipping time depends on your preferred shipping methods.

The fastest shipping method we offer is the expedited shipping, which takes 3-7 days for the shipment. We also offer standard shipping, which takes 10-15 days. The sooner you place an order, the sooner we can start preparing your dress.

Every Cheongsam dress is made-to-order, so the turnaround time is the same, whether you order a standard size dress or a made-to-measure dress.

2. Shipping Methods

Standard shipping

Standard shipping usually takes 10 - 15 days to ship to all major destinations. Standard shipping costs less, but takes a bit longer than expedited shipping.

Expedited shipping

Expedited shipping fees vary per country. Expedited shipping is provided by DHL, TNT, Fedex and EMS. Delivery time is 5-7 days. Please contact us for more information regarding expedited shipping fees and times.

3. Shipping Couriers

We use safe international couriers like DHL, TNT, FEDEX or EMS to send items to you. Some items may be shipped by Singapore Post Limited. We choose the most appropriate courier to deliver items according to the destination countries. Shipping couriers are acknowledged to be under our choice. If clients have special requirements regarding shipping couriers, please contact us before placing your order.

Please notice that your shipping address in you order is the default address for us to ship items. If you need to make any changes to the shipping address, please contact us immediately.

5. Shipping case

Due to some unavoidable reasons such as natural disasters, there might be some unexpected problems during shipping. If you experience any shipping problems, please contact us and we will do our best to be help.

Case 1: If the item is held in detention at the customer’s customs, the buyer is responsible for clearing the customs. If the buyer refuses to pay custom duties or requires help to clear customs, this may cause the return of items. In such cases, the return policy is as follows:
For made-to-order items, clients need to pay a reshipping fee to rearrange new shipment.
For all other items, the item price is refundable, while the shipping fee is not. (Free shipping items are also included. We will need to deduct the shipping fee we covered for the client in the event of a refund.)

Case 2: If the delivery fails because the address that the client provided is incorrect or incomplete, the client is responsible for any loss in this case. For example, if the item is returned, and the client still needs the item, he or she should pay for the reshipping fee and our loss on custom duties during the return, and then we will reship it to the correct address.

6. Locations We Ship To

All single item and large orders can be shipped worldwide to more than 200 countries, as listed below.
Important Info: We do not add taxes, VAT or any other hidden charges. In special cases, you may need to pay import duties on certain goods. For assistance or queries on these, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
