Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If there are any problems with our items, please do contact us first within 14 days upon receiving the item(s). We are always at your service.

Worry-Free Returns
AlphaMall will issue a full refund including shipping for any damaged, defective, or mis-shipped items. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please request return in My Orders or Contact Us directly for assistance with processing your return.

AlphaMall will issue a full refund of the cost of the returned product if you are not satisfied with your item(s). Request return in My Orders or Contact our Customer Service to initiate the return process within 14 days upon receiving your item(s). The item must be returned in its original condition (if eligible per the return policy).

The following reasons are COVERED by our Return/Exchange Policy. (Within 14 days of receipt)
  • It arrived wrong item/color.
  • It arrived damaged, in the wrong size, or in poor/defective quality.
  • You received the incorrect photo charm. If the picture’s appearance is different from the photo provided to AlphaMall.
  • Packages were get lost in transit.
The following reasons are NOT covered by our Return/Exchange Policy. (Outside of the 14 days of receipt)
  • Custom Made dress and Clearance items(Final Sale) cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Products that are damaged by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Worn, used, stained, trimmed wigs, altered items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Products destroyed or returned due to failure to sign for receipt in time.


At AlphaMall, we understand that you may want the dress to ideal fit! To help you out, we offer custom sizing on most of our dresses. Custom sizing takes the same amount of time to make and ship to you!

A few things to remember about custom dresses:
Custom dresses are made specifically to the measurements you provide (Bust, Waist, Hips and Height without shoes, Height with shoes(you wear when with this dress). That means no one else will be able to wear that dress once it's made. Because of this, we are unable to accept any returns on custom dresses. Please double check your measurements and color choice before ordering.

We understand that sometimes small alterations are needed, we offer limited alterations reimbursement for only our custom sizes. Simply send us a picture of your receipt from the tailor and your order number and we'll do the rest! Yes, it really is that easy!

Order Changes and Cancellations
Our order and shipping systems are designed to send orders quickly and efficiently. It is important to note that our dresses are made to order. The tailoring process begins as soon as an order has been placed.

In the event that you would like to cancel or make changes to your order, please let us know within 24 hours upon placing your order. If you would like to make any changes to your order, please contact us with your requests. Please note that corresponding fees will be charged based on the changes you request.

For cancellations, please refer to our cancellation policy below for details:

• Unpaid orders are automatically cancelled after 1 day.
• Cancel order within 24 hours of payment for a full refund.
• Cancel order 24–72 hours after payment: 80% refund + shipping fee.
• Cancel order 72-120 hours after payment: 50% refund + shipping fee.
• Cancel order > 120 hours after payment: Refund of shipping fee only.
• Once your order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

For items that are not made to order, orders may be canceled for a full refund at any time until the order is shipped. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us to request cancellation.
